Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra Continues Partnership with Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, Announces Its 10th Anniversary Season ScheduleThe Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences continues its partnership with the Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra—celebrating its 10th anniversary season—further connecting campus and community creative resources. Nova Southeastern University’s orchestra in residence consists of a variety of South Florida orchestral musicians, with professional, conservatory, and gifted secondary school students performing side by side. The repertoire includes a wide assortment of engaging and challenging works, including world premieres of new music. All performances at NSU are preceded by a free Music for Munchkins mini-concert for children at 11:00 a.m. in the Miniaci Performing Arts Center. This season’s Ars Flores schedule includes: Saturday, November 14, 2009 7:30 p.m. Miniaci Performing Arts Center An evening of music from hit Broadway shows, such as Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, and My Fair Lady Featuring Bill J.
