Program Description: This program is designed to increase understanding of current bankruptcy laws and how they
impact consumers. The difference between filing Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or Chapter 11 will be explained. Alternatives
to bankruptcy will be covered. Relationships between creditors and debtors will be explored so that legal professionals
can more accurately evaluate the needs of individual clients.
