The specialization for nursing is available to all students who wish to apply for the B.S. in nursing program. Pre-nursing is a select dual admissions program into which student applied and were accepted. Pre-nursing students are enrolled with the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences and must abide by all of the college’s policies. While at the college, students are eligible for all PALS scholarships. Any scholarship specific to students of the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences will terminate once students are matriculated into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing—Entry-Level Program. For more information on the admission requirements of the B.S.N.—Entry-Level Program, refer to the Admissions section of the NSU Undergraduate Student Catalog.

The pre-nursing major is offered during the day on NSU’s
main campus.
