Quadrivium describes the four arts and sciences studied by university students in the Middle Ages. The Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences has its own quadrivium made up of the Divisions of Social and Behavioral Sciences; Humanities; Math, Science, and Technology; and Performing and Visual Arts. This journal seeks to bring together the faculty and graduate students of these four divisions to showcase the critical and creative work we do as scholars and teachers. We believe that our faculty is stronger if we can understand and appreciate the work done across all divisions, and support venues that enable us to collaborate and share the work we do. Quadrivium will serve as a venue for publishing scholarship that increases our understanding of each other's academic disciplines.
